Cancellation Policy - 24 hours notice required.

Age Policy - If you are under 16 year of age a parent or guardian must be present.

Courses - All courses are valid for one year from date of purchase.  Courses, once booked are non-transferrable.

Consultation - All clients will be required to complete a detailed consultation form prior to any procedure and therefore assume full responsibility for any information provided.

Vouchers - Vouchers are valid for 6 months from date of purchase.  Vouchers cannot be used for cosmetic enhancement services.
